I had to keep reinserting in disk drive finally after 12 times it loaded after that downloaded great! It needs bugs worked on but did fix computer! This does help! I had to replace my hard drive in my HP laptop, and also reload Windows I could not connect to the internet and I was told I was more than likely missing said drivers. I was told this DVD would address this issue. It did not! It showed a disk was loaded in my DVD drive, but nothing would ever load. The file appeared to open, but then nothing.
